Maja Rosenquist is currently the Vice President of Project Development for Mortenson’s Denver Office.  During her tenure with Mortenson, she has traveled extensively, building complex and technical projects in Washington, Texas, Minnesota, California and relocated to Colorado in 2002.  An expert in healthcare construction, Maja has led prestigious projects such as the $137 million Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center, the $150 million Exempla Lutheran North Pavilion, and the $58 million Denver Health Pavilion for Women and Children.  Maja received the Denver Business Journal’s Forty under 40 award, Colorado construction Top 20 Under 40, Mortenson Pinnacle Award for Ingenuity, and is a national speaker on Healthcare Construction.
