Senior Vice President, National Director of Originations Leslie Lundin is Senior Vice President-National Director of Originations for Inland Mortgage Capital Corporation in charge of loan origination for the Real Estate Venture Capital Loan Program (REVCAP). Ms.Lundin was recently named as one of Southern California ’s Most Influential Women by Real Estate Southern California Magazine. Upon joining Inland in 1995, she structured and initiated the direct loan program now called REVCAP. Ms. Lundin performs marketing of the program, oversees the origination of the loans and continues to consult in their monitoring. Five years prior to joining Inland, Ms. Lundin was a loan originator in the Midwest office of ITT Real Estate Services where she originated high leverage bridge, construction and mini-perm loans. Prior to joining the origination staff she worked with the servicing group at ITT in a portfolio surveillance capacity by performing annual inspections on the properties and preparing reports for management. Ms. Lundin's professional credentials include a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison . She is also a licensed California real estate broker. |
