Renee Rush Csuhran is executive vice president and director of Credit Risk Management, KeyBank National Banking, which includes Real Estate Capital, Institutional Banking and Key Equipment Finance groups, and is responsible for the leadership, management and strategic direction of Credit Risk Management teams supported on a national basis. Renee reports directly to Charles S. Hyle, SEVP and Chief Risk Officer, a member of KeyCorp's Executive Management Committee and Executive Council. Renee is a member of both the Real Estate Capital and Capital Markets management teams, KEWN and is a rotating member of executive council. Renee structures and approves credit exposure and policy for existing and new relationships, manages credit standards, and ensures a consistent market message across the LOBs supported. Renee and her teams support sales teams in the delivery of both balance sheet and capital market credit products to clients. In her role as director, Renee's responsibilities include managing credit standards, loan authorities, credit decisions, asset quality, portfolio management, underwriting/loan structuring, overall supervision of both credit staff and Key's technical services/appraisal department (KRETS), and working closely with the OCC and FRB. Previously, Renee served in numerous management positions within KeyBank's Real Estate Capital Group. Renee joined Key in October 1986, progressing from relationship manager to team sales leader of the Great Lakes region in 1993. In 1996, Renee was named SVP and Regional Sales Manager – Great Lakes, and promoted to National Sales Manager of Institutional Real Estate Finance in 2002. In 2003, Renee was named EVP and National Manager of Institutional, Healthcare and RE Investment Banking Groups. Renee earned a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University (1986) and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University (1992). |
