Kristin received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in American Government in 1990.  She worked in Washington, D.C. as a legislative assistant for U.S. Senator Bob Graham for four years before going to University of Colorado School of Law.  After graduating in 1997, Kristin went to work for Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP where she is now a partner.  Kristin's practice focuses on commercial litigation, primarily in the areas of real estate, construction and banking.

Kristin is past-President of Commercial Real Estate Women Denver and a recipient of the Women Who Make a Difference Award and President's Award.  In 2006, Governor Ritter appointed her to the Colorado Real Estate Commission where she is serving her second three-year term.  In 2007, she was Law Week's Young Lawyer of the Year.  She won the Richard Marden Davis Award and was one of the Denver Business Journal's "40 Under 40."  She is also the pro bono legal advisor to for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.  Kristin lives in Denver, is married, and has two daughters ages 10 and 13.
