Anne Rosen Anne Rosen is the Managing Partner of Zing! Development Strategies, LLC, a development advising firm specializing in land planning and development, project and team management, feasibility analysis and entitlements. Her current client list includes: Old Vine Investment Group, Gateway Vista LLP, Lend Lease Communities, Commerce City and RealtiCorp Commercial Investment Fund. Rosen is best known for her work as Director of Real Estate of the Lowry Redevelopment Authority, where she provided leadership to a fast-paced real estate team, overseeing residential and commercial real estate planning, marketing, sales and development projects from 1996 to 2004. As Director of Real Estate she was instrumental in the development of $1.1 billion in residential and commercial real estate including 2,400 homes, one million square feet of commercial space, nine schools and 800 acres of parks. Rosen has over 22 years experience in real estate and development. Rosen has a broad background in real estate including land, commercial and mixed-use development, leasing, property management, asset management and consulting. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado in 1983. She is active in professional organizations including: ULI, CREW, NAIOP and also finds time to sit on the Children’s Hospital Cancer Center Foundation. The type of companies that Zing targets for business is land development companies and investors and investors requiring development and project management for new or on-going projects. |
