Carrie A. Rodgers
Ms. Rodgers has practiced in the area of construction law and litigation for almost twenty years. Her practice includes the representation of owners, developers, homeowner associations, architects, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Her construction business practice includes negotiating and drafting construction and real estate contracts, development agreements, as well as all documents related to site development and construction.
During project construction, she also works with entities on site issues, delay claims, payment disputes, and scheduling disputes. Her construction litigation practice includes end to end representation for construction defect claims, contract disputes, mechanics’ liens, public works claims, Miller Act claims, construction failures and delays, differing site conditions, and defective design.
Ms. Rodgers has been associated with other Denver law firms including being a partner at Wolf & Slatkin, P.C. for ten years where she practiced in the areas of construction law and litigation, employment law and general civil litigation. Her employment practice included defending claims of wrongful discharge, sexual harassment and discrimination.
Ms. Rodgers has also represented numerous school districts in Colorado on issues as diverse as construction defect litigation, teacher dismissal actions, the defense of EEOC discrimination matters and real estate transactional work.
