Jennifer Plunkett Jennifer Plunkett has a proven track record as a leader in the commercial real estate industry with over 26 years experience. Prior to joining Frederick Ross Company, Jennifer built and maintained the property management operations in the Denver regional office for CMD Realty Investors. From 1994 to 1998, Ms. Plunkett worked for Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly COMPASS Management and Leasing) where she was the General Manager on Equitable Real Estate’s Prime Property Fund along with assisting in new business development for the company. For over eight years, Ms. Plunkett also worked for CB Richard Ellis where she directly managed and leased a large portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties and reported to institutional and pension fund owners along with private and foreign investors. Properties under her management have consistently scored above industry- average on tenant surveys and have maintained high tenant retention. Her responsibilities have also included the acquisition and disposition of property, along with managing large capital and tenant improvement projects. As Senior Vice President of the Ross Real Estate Management Group, Ms. Plunkett is responsible for the supervision and development of the property management team. This includes maintaining “best practices” as standard operating procedures, portfolio value enhancement, business development, and relationship management. A graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development, Ms. Plunkett is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado, Certified Property Manager (CPM), and holds a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) designation. She served as President of the Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) in 2000 and served on the Board of Directors from 1995 to 1997 as well as 1999 to 2001. She was awarded BOMA’s Principal Member of the Year in 2000 and the President’s Award in 1997. Ms. Plunkett is also a member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). |
