Martia Kontak Martia is Vice President and Team Leader in the Real Estate Group of Wells Fargo’s Denver office. Martia is responsible for establishing commercial real estate relationships including both credit and other financial services such as treasury management, derivatives and bond underwriting. Borrowers include public and private companies and high net-worth individuals. Financing includes construction, acquisition, condominium conversion and lines of credit. Product type has included multifamily, office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, hotel and condominiums. Martia has been in the banking industry for 19 years of which the past seven have been with Wells Fargo. Prior to Wells Fargo, Martia was with three other financial institutions with positions in Denver, Dallas and Toronto. She graduated with a BA in English from Saint Francis Xavier University and an MBA from Dalhousie University. Martia is a board member for the Aspen Center for Autism, a member of NAIOP and a committee member for CREW and Women of Enterprise. |
