Marie Kline
Marie Kline is the Associate Director of the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Her focus is on the overall strategic planning for the School which includes overseeing external relations with the industry and alumni. She manages the Burns School Scholarship program and coordinates the Burns Travel Programs. Kline’s area of expertise includes project administration, development and communication. She is certified in mediation and focuses on real estate related issues.
Kline has held a variety of positions in both the non-profit and profit sectors. She was the Membership Director and later Director of the Parker Chamber of Commerce and a property manager for Seis Lagos Land Development in Dallas, Texas.
Kline did her under-graduate work at Drake University and completed her M.A. at the University of Denver in Mass Communications. She is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Colorado and holds her Alternative Dispute Resolution Certification from the University of Denver.
She has been an avid community volunteer, serving as a volunteer mediator, Jefferson County Justice System, Past President of her HOA, Project Coordinator at DU Volunteer Day, Founder, Ponderosa High School Mentor Program (Douglas County School District), Parker Rotary Club Chair for International Programs, American Red Cross Chair for Public Relations, Chair of Arbor Day for the Parker Parks and Recreation Commission, and District Commissioner, Pine Ridge Chapter of Pony Club of America.
