Mary Beth Jenkins

Mary Beth Jenkins is a retail real estate broker and consultant. She is President of The Laramie Company, a Denver-based commercial real estate firm.

With over twenty-five years of experience in the shopping center industry, The Laramie Company is a full-service real estate company, known for its deal-making and strategic consulting services for property owners, municipalities and institutional investors throughout the U.S. The Laramie Company also provides project leasing, tenant representation, development and property management services in Denver and the surrounding five-state region.

Mary Beth Jenkins’ experience with retail redevelopment includes malls, retail centers and Main Street programs as well as urban redevelopment. Among the consulting projects benefiting from The Laramie Company’s insight and expertise are assignments for the Cities of Westminster, Aurora, Vail and Lincoln, Nebraska.

Among her recent achievements is the strategic planning, land assemblage and brokerage for The Orchard Town Center, a one-million-square-foot lifestyle project in Westminster, Colorado, and leasing for Westminster Promenade, Westminster; MainStreet at Flatiron, Broomfield; and Shops at North Creek, Cherry Creek North shopping district. She also represents retail tenants including AMC Theaters and Fleming Prime Steakhouse.

A native New Yorker, Jenkins graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a BA in Urban Studies. In her 25 years in commercial real estate, Mary Beth has participated in many of the deals that have shaped the evolution of retail real estate. She has hands-on experience with retail redevelopment, historic district retail, lifestyle retail, entertainment retail, stadium retail and the repositioning of mixed-use projects. Her insight and “big picture” approach, coupled with her deal-making ability in the leasing process, have made her a unique resource for her clients.
