Lynda McNeive is a Shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. With nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, Lynda represents developers and investors in retail, office, industrial, residential and mixed-use properties. She has represented public and private development companies and REITs in the development, financing, leasing, operation, acquisition and disposition of numerous retail centers, office buildings, industrial projects and mixed-use developments and portfolios across the United States. Lynda has represented private developers in major public-private projects involving development or redevelopment of large urban, infill, suburban and brownfield tracts.
In 2009, Lynda was honored as an Industry Icon and a Woman of Influence by CREW Denver, and received the 2008 Mary Lathrop Award from the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She’s a trustee of The Women’s Foundation of Colorado and chair of its Development Committee, and a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association and NAIOP. Lynda has been recognized as one of America’s leading business lawyers in Chambers USA, Colorado’s SuperLawyers and Lawdragon 3000. Her volunteer, pro bono and community service includes annual fundraising for nonprofit organizations and political candidates, hosting numerous campaign events, and advocacy for women's rights issues and real estate industry groups..
